What the program is
Mementum Reminders sends personal reminder text messages that an account holder writes and schedules (for example, “Take your 8pm medication.” or “Homework first, then games.”). Reminders go to the account holder’s own mobile number and, on family and Team plans, to members the account holder adds. A family member gets reminders only after they opt in themselves. We only text numbers that have opted in.
How people opt in
- Account holder (website): on https://www.mementumreminders.com the account holder enters their own mobile number and must check an unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The box is never pre-checked.
- Family members (they opt in themselves): the account holder shares a join link or a short family code. The family member either opens https://www.mementumreminders.com/join and enters their own mobile number with an unchecked consent checkbox, or texts JOIN and the code to our reminder number. No reminder is ever sent to that number until they do this themselves. The account holder never types their number in.
- Account holders may only add numbers they are authorized to provide. For a minor, the account holder must be the parent or legal guardian.
- No consent is collected by paper form or from any purchased or third-party list.

Account checkbox (unchecked by default): “I consent to automated SMS of this exact message on my schedule. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Founding-member signup form (screenshot below): “SMS consent: By signing up and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive automated SMS from Mementum Reminders about your account and custom reminders you create. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” Required, unchecked checkbox: “I agree to the SMS consent above.”
Family member checkbox (unchecked by default): “I agree to receive recurring reminder texts from Mementum Reminders at the mobile number I entered. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” with links to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. By text: they text JOIN and their family code. Confirmation: “Mementum Reminders: You joined <name>’s reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Plans and message frequency
Message frequency varies with the reminders the account holder schedules, up to the plan limit:
- Solo $1.99/month: just you, up to 5 reminders per week.
- Starter $3.99/month: you + 1 family member, up to 7 reminders per week.
- Family $13.99/month: you + 3 family members, up to 29 reminders per week.
- Family Plus $24.99/month: you + 5 family members, up to 50 reminders per week.
Team $32.99/month: you + up to 20 members who opt in themselves, up to 60 reminders per month, billed from day one (no free trial). All plans are monthly; Solo, Starter, Family and Family Plus start with a 7-day free trial. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages to that number. A family member’s STOP only affects their own number. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email Mementumsupport@gmail.com.
- Account holders can pause or delete reminders and remove family members in their account at any time.

What we never do
- We never buy, rent, or use purchased phone lists.
- We never send marketing, third-party ads, or unrelated promotions to reminder numbers.
- The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
